Follow the directions

You must follow the directions and complete all the requirements of the projects to receive full credit for this assignment. Open a NEW document, 8.5” x 11”.  Do a SAVE AS and save it as first initial, last name – Yearbook. Save the file in your Documents folder.

The Requirements (100 pts)

✦ Don’t include the “” in the text you type. Stretch your text box to fit all the text.

✦ Draw a text box and Import the text file, YearbookText.rtf and use Myriad Pro, Regular at 16 pts and set the Leading to 26 pts. (10)

✦ Place and Scale the File polaroids.png to 70% and add Text Wrap to it and Rotate it to exactly 19 degrees. (10)

✦ Place another picture/image of your choice Scale the image to fit the document and add a Text Wrap to it. (10)

✦ Type “Buy Yours Today” using the Font Myriad Pro, Black at 30 pts and rotate it to -17 degrees. (10)

✦ Type “2009-2010” using ANY font you choose and Create Outlines and move to the bottom of the page. (5)

✦ Place a picture in the background (Send To Back), Scale the image to fit the page width and set the Opacity to 15%. (10)

✦  Create a shape of your liking and Type your name in any Font AROUND the shape and then Create Outlines. (10)

✦  Add the words “LPHS Yearbook” in any Font and Create Outlines and distort it any way you like using the Direct Selection Tool, but make it legible. (10)

✦ Make every instance of the word “Lee Pollard High School” a Font style of Myriad Pro, Black in the text, Size 18 pts and a color of Red. (5)

✦ Add the text “$70.00” in any Font and color you like. (5)

✦ Add another picture of your choice and Scale it to 40% and place it anywhere you like. (5)
